What Happens When You Call
We start by asking what you're seeing and when it happens. A breaker that trips only when the microwave and toaster run together points to an overloaded kitchen circuit. One that trips at random may mean a loose termination or a failing breaker. Those details tell us which tester, breakers and devices to load on the truck, so the visit is spent on your problem instead of a trip to the supply house. Then we book the service visit at a time that works for you.
We're a licensed electrical contractor, TECL 36609, and the electricians who come to your home are insured and hold their own state electrician licenses. Our work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. After the job we check back with you, and we walk you through caring for what we installed, such as pressing the test button on a new GFCI outlet each month or keeping a new surge protector's indicator light in view.
Have These Ready Before You Call
- A short description of the problem, including which rooms, outlets or lights are affected.
- The brand on your electrical panel door and roughly how old you think it is.
- Any breaker that has tripped or won't reset, and what was running when it happened.
- A note on access, such as a locked gate, a dog in the yard or a panel behind stored boxes.

Ready to Get It Looked At
Tell us what's going on and we'll put a service visit on the calendar. After the work is done, we'll check in to make sure everything is holding up.
